I was raised on our family cattle ranch in Prineville and take pride in being part of the fifth generation working this land. My husband, Bryan, and I are deeply involved in our community. We own and operate several small businesses, including his advertising agency, my real estate firm, and a cattle ranch. Together, we cherish raising our two boys, Alex and Brit, on the ranch where I grew up.

In 2001, after finishing college, I returned to Prineville, embarked on my real estate career, met Bryan, and started our family. I launched Windermere Prineville in 2012, now known as Windermere Country Roads, and am proud of my great team of agents. I’ve remained active in association work, government affairs work from local to state levels, task forces and foundations, all while nurturing my businesses and family.

In 2019, the call came to run for the State House; I answered. Since then, I’ve served on various committees, including Housing, Business and Labor, Agriculture and Natural Resources, and Water, among others. I was elected as the minority leader twice until 2023. In September 2023, I stepped down as leader to devote more time to our real estate practice and family.

Raised in Sandy by blue-collar Oregonians who ran their own companies, an entrepreneurial fire was sparked in me early on. With my Business Master’s, I launched my marketing company in 2003. I’ve since carved a niche in the Northwest, working with a diverse mix of business and political clients. My knack for navigating a challenging marketing landscape has not only put my clients on the map but also earned me a collection of awards and recognition.

I married the love of my life, Vikki Breese-Iverson, in 2005, and we’re raising our boys on our Breese Ranch in Prineville, a 6000 acre working cattle ranch teaching them to love the land like the five generations before them did.

I’ve coached all of our sons’ sports teams through the years and our family loves to play golf in our spare time, if there is any.

In 2012, Vikki and I opened our Windermere Real Estate franchise. I’m the man behind the scenes, ensuring our operations run smoothly and, true to my roots, spearheading our marketing efforts.

I grew up in Central Oregon, and I have a deep love and appreciation for everything it has to offer, from the attractions for outdoor enthusiasts to the arts and culinary scenes. The four seasons in Central Oregon make it an incredibly desirable place for anyone looking to partake in fulfilling recreational hobbies amidst the stunning mountains, lakes, and world-class rock climbing spots.

My grandfather was a potato farmer, first in Alfalfa and then in Powell Butte along Houston Lake. I spent many of my summers on my grandparents’ farm, which are some of my fondest memories. I graduated from Crook County High School in 1992 and then from Linfield College in 1996, with a degree in Elementary Education. Over the next 25 years, I dedicated myself to teaching and substituting across three different school districts in Oregon and Washington. I also managed a Nordstrom in Tigard, Oregon, for four years. 

Combining skills obtained from teaching and management made the transition to real estate a natural fit for me. I also bring to my real estate career the customer service skills I learned from my father, who worked at Les Schwab’s in Prineville. His 40 years with the company not only instilled in me a positive work ethic but also taught me how to succeed and build lasting relationships with clients that often turn into friendships.

In my spare time, my husband Jeremy and I navigate being empty nesters. We’re super proud of our two children, Wyatt and Allie, and our daughter-in-law, Julia. When we’re not spending time with family and friends, you can find us on the golf course, hiking trails, enjoying a day of fishing, or, in the fall, out on a hunt. Every day is a gift, and we love enjoying God’s creation in every way we can.
